Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga is a powerful method of connecting within and nourishing the body, mind & soul. A beautiful, vibrant practice through which we can learn to concentrate, ground & become still and clear.

We practice regularly a Kriya (sequence of postures with a specific energy, purpose & rhythm), during which we activate, strengthen and balance the various systems of the physical body.

Pranayama (breathwork & meditation) is another important part of the practice, learning to expand and deepen our breath. Through a conscious relationship with our breath, we become more present and receptive to life, quieting the mental chatter & releasing the reactive patterns of the personality.

We also practice various other types of meditation (chanting mantras, silence, visualisation..) that support us in relating consciously to the mind, activating the observer consciousness and accessing the centre of stillness and peace within.

The practice is open to all people, levels & bodies. There is no prerequisite to practice, other than the willingness & openness to experience oneself. Currently I am teaching live classes in Thessaloniki, Greece at the yoga studio Ilianthos.

I have trained with the Amrit Nam Sarovar International Kundalini Yoga School. If you wish to learn more about them, visit their website: https://www.amritnam.com/
